The Role

The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for our office and a key support resource for the People Team. This role keeps day-to-day office operations running smoothly, supports HR functions like onboarding and data entry, and focuses on employee engagement and culture. This is a Tier 2 position. Success in this role requires sharp attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Office

Answer and route incoming calls; greet visitors, candidates, vendors, and trade partners
Manage incoming mail and packages
Maintain a professional, organized front office

People Team & HR Support

Assist with new-hire onboarding logistics, welcome packets, and orientation materials
Support offboarding documentation as needed
Perform HR data entry and maintain digital and physical personnel files
Process approved PTO requests and update scheduling systems
Help coordinate interview scheduling and prepare interview packets

General Office Administration

Maintain shared calendars, conference room reservations, and meeting readiness
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, copying, scanning, and filing
Track office subscriptions, invoices, and purchase orders
Coordinate vendor visits and office maintenance needs
Provide general administrative support across teams

Other duties may be assigned.

The Person

Someone who communicates well across teams and helps ensure a seamless experience for both homeowners and internal staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, hospitality, or related field preferred
2–3 years of administrative, real estate, or management experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through

Job Type & Compensation

Type: Full-time | In-person (Auburn, AL)
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
