Full Job Description

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Quality Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance within our manufacturing environment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead quality assurance initiatives, implement robust quality systems, and drive continuous improvement. As a key contributor, you will collaborate across departments to uphold regulatory standards, optimize quality processes, and deliver safe, reliable products that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant standards.
Conduct thorough quality audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Lead quality control and inspection activities throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects and ensure product integrity.
Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives related to quality enhancements and new product launches.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines during all quality assurance activities.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, non-conformance issues, and corrective action plans to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of quality control, inspection, and assurance processes.
Familiarity with ISO 13485 (medical devices), FDA regulations (food & drug administration), HACCP (hazard analysis), CGMP (current good manufacturing practices), and ISO 9001 standards.
Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive quality audits and manage quality systems effectively.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions.
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, quality management principles, and industry best practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
