Full Job Description

Typical hiring range is $6,472-$7,067/monthly (depending on experience). Position will receive annual raises of 4.5% up to the top step (steps 1-10).

Visions is seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing & Communication Analyst to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing initiatives. This role will focus on managing paid digital campaigns in Meta and Google, updating website content in WordPress, tracking data in Google Analytics (GA4) and supporting email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Customer.io. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with analytics - bringing strong campaign management experience, a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, and the ability to translate and communicate data into actionable insights that drive enrollment and engagement.

In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Gold River, CA and 2 days remotely. However, this will not begin until the employee is fully trained. Depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change.

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Website Design or Public Relations is required.
3-5 years of experience working in website design, marketing, communication, and/or digital advertising related positions is highly desirable.
Experience developing appropriate metrics, communicating data analysis, development and delivery of recommendations with presentations to various stakeholder groups.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing marketing strategies that have led to measurable improvement.
Charter School/School Experience is preferred.
MS Windows, Excel, Word, Google Suite (Docs, Gmail, etc.), Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and Customer.io and related data analysis software experience is preferred.
