Residential Plumbing Installer

We're currently looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Installer to perform high-quality residential plumbing installations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a skilled installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and is committed to completing every installation safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time.

Responsibilities

Install residential plumbing systems including tank and tankless water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, repipes, remodel rough-ins, and trim-outs
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and applicable plumbing codes
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and local code requirements
Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding project scope, timelines, and expectations
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and company vehicles
Complete all required job documentation accurately using ServiceTitan
Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and professional development training

Performance Expectations

Complete installations correctly the first time while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Pass inspections without rework or delays
Maintain a callback rate below 3%
Deliver clean, professional installations that reflect Hoover's quality standards
Consistently earn positive customer feedback through professionalism and workmanship
Maintain organized job sites, accurate documentation, and efficient project completion
Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and professionalism on every job
