We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Catering Manager to lead our catering operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of catering services, ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding customer service, and seamless event execution. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team to deliver memorable dining experiences across a variety of events, from casual gatherings to elegant banquets. Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all catering events, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of food services that meet client specifications and quality standards.
Lead, train, and develop catering staff to maintain high standards of customer service, food handling, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with clients to customize menus, plan event logistics, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of event orders, budgets, staffing schedules, and safety compliance documentation.

Experience

Demonstrated supervisory experience with a strong background in team management, staff training & development, and interviewing candidates.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards.
Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis within a hospitality or food industry setting.
