Front Desk Coordinator @ Auburn Dentures & Implants

This is a brand-new, state-of-the-art practice opening in Auburn, Maine, built around one mission: restoring confidence through tooth replacement. We serve patients seeking life-changing dentistry, including many who have struggled to find quality care elsewhere. We believe great prosthetics change lives, and we're looking for a team that believes it too.

About the Role

Traditional front desk duties but with the help of AI and intelligent software for insurance verification, patient communication, and billing. Automate as many of the behind the scenes tasks as possible so you can focus on patient facing duties.

To thrive in this role, you'll need front desk or administrative experience in a dental or medical office, along with strong organizational skills, a friendly and professional phone manner.

What You Need

Prior front desk or administrative experience in a dental or medical office (required)
Comfort with scheduling software and insurance verification
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Comfort working with a mix of private-pay and MaineCare patients

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm

Pay & Benefits

$18-22 per hour
