Account Manager | Full-Cycle Recruiter – Skilled Trades Staffing

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Bonuses
Location: Kent, WA (Serving South King County for 30+ Years)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | In-Office

For over 30 years, Express Employment Professionals – Kent, WA has been an industry leader in connecting top-tier skilled trades talent – including machinists, mechanics, maintenance technicians, welders, and service technicians – with leading employers in South King County. As an Account Manager and Full-Cycle Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of growing our business, building client relationships, and providing exceptional staffing solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Business Development & Account Management – Develop new business and manage relationships with existing clients, understanding their workforce needs and providing staffing solutions.
Full-Cycle Recruiting – Source, screen, interview, and place skilled trades professionals in high-demand positions across industries like manufacturing, maintenance, machining, and welding.
Client Visits & Needs Assessments – Meet with hiring managers, conduct site tours, and ensure a deep understanding of client requirements.
Sales & Negotiation – Close new deals, negotiate contracts, and manage a sales pipeline to meet growth targets and drive revenue.
Manage Multiple Priorities – Juggle recruitment efforts with client development, ensuring a seamless and productive workflow.

Full-Cycle Recruiter – You’re comfortable handling all stages of recruitment, from sourcing to negotiation and placement.
Strong Communicator – You can cold call, present confidently to clients, and close deals with ease.
Quick Learner – You’re eager to learn about new industries and understand the technical aspects of the roles you're recruiting for.
Self-Starter & Multitasker – You take initiative and are able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
