Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Title Clerk to join our corporate office team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accurate, efficient work. As a Title Clerk, you'll play an essential role in supporting our dealerships by ensuring vehicle titles and registrations are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with state requirements.

What You'll Do

Process vehicle titles and registrations for retail and wholesale transactions
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations
Monitor title status and follow up on outstanding documentation
Coordinate with dealerships, financial institutions, auctions, and state agencies as needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of title work
Stay informed on title regulations, policies, and procedural updates
Support dealership staff by answering title-related questions and providing guidance when needed

What We're Looking For

Previous dealership title clerk experience preferred
Knowledge of vehicle titling and registration processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize work in a high-volume environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
Experience with dealership management systems is a plus

Requirements:

Automotive industry experiences 1-2 years.
Title/Registration knowledge.
CDK experience
Professional communication, verbal and written.
Strong emphasis on customer service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug screening
