Responsibilities :
- Gain experience and insight into business processes, budgeting, the development of business analysis and reporting.
- Assist members of the accounting department in both daily activities and special projects.
- Ensure compliance in invoicing processes.
- Support flow of documentation for account payables/ accounts receivables for business units and assist in managing and tracking cash results daily to ensure the forecast and AOP metrics are met.
- Work in cross functional teams to assign asset tags to missing assets.
- Analyze monthly performance as compared to the forecast and budget for responsible areas.
- Maintain, support and actively participate in internal control requirements as well as ensuring compliance with policies and GAAP.
- Complete asset information within a fixed asset module to ensure accurate tax schedules and reports for year end.
- Research and map accounts payable processes and accounts receivable processes and recommend improvements.

Qualifications
- Education: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical and data mining skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to change and navigate ambiguous situations
