We connect qualified childcare professionals with families seeking high-quality in-home childcare. Opportunities may include full-time, part-time, temporary, short-term, date-night, and occasional nanny positions throughout the CSRA and surrounding areas.

About the Role
Nanny responsibilities will vary depending on the family's needs and may include:
- Providing attentive, age-appropriate care for infants, toddlers, and children
- Creating engaging educational and developmental activities
- Supporting children's daily routines, including meals, naps, bedtime, and personal hygiene
- Preparing children's meals and snacks
- Supporting homework and school-related activities
- Safely transporting children to school, activities, appointments, or outings
- Organizing children's belongings, play areas, and other child-related spaces
- Communicating professionally with parents regarding the children's day, needs, and development
- Following family routines, parenting preferences, and household expectations
- Providing reliable, consistent, and attentive supervision
- Supporting children's emotional, social, and developmental needs
- Assisting with child-related household tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for caregivers who are:
- Experienced working with children in a professional childcare setting
- Warm, patient, nurturing, and engaging
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong communicators who can build positive relationships with parents
- Professional and respectful of family privacy and boundaries
- Able to follow instructions while demonstrating appropriate initiative
- Safety-conscious and capable of exercising sound judgment
- Flexible and adaptable to different family routines and parenting styles
- Passionate about providing high-quality childcare
Experience with infants, newborns, toddlers, multiples, school-aged children, or specialized care is a plus and may be required for certain positions.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional childcare experience
- 3 professional childcare references required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and safe driving history for positions requiring transportation
- Ability to successfully complete required screening and background checks
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Additional qualifications may be required depending on the specific family and position.
Available Opportunities

Compensation varies by family, position, schedule, responsibilities, and caregiver experience. Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates based on the specific opportunity.
