Consolidated Staffing is looking for the best of the best! We have an opening for a Fabrication Supervisor! We need a strong leader with a proven track record. Reliable, uplifting, team player who is ready to jump in and make a difference!

Position Summary:

The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily beef fabrication operations during an assigned shift, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant production of high-quality beef products. This position provides leadership, training, and support to fabrication team members while driving productivity, yield optimization, food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

The Fabrication Supervisor works closely with Production Management and cross-functional departments to achieve operational goals and continuously improve plant performance.

** Essential Functions Direct and supervise daily fabrication operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, customer specifications, and company objectives are achieved. Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, food safety requirements, GMPs, HACCP programs, sanitation standards, and company policies. Monitor product quality, yields, labor efficiency, and production performance while identifying opportunities to reduce waste and maximize throughput. Train, coach, develop, and evaluate employees to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to established procedures. Maintain appropriate staffing levels, employee schedules, attendance records, and manpower documentation. Promote and enforce compliance with company policies, work rules, and safety requirements while maintaining accountability throughout the department. Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions to improve performance, reduce product loss, and increase operational efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by partnering with Safety, Quality Assurance, and Sanitation teams to identify and eliminate workplace hazards. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Shipping, Sales, and Operations teams to support production objectives and customer requirements. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of beef anatomy, fabrication processes, cutting specifications, and customer requirements. Stay current on industry trends, fabrication techniques, merchandising opportunities, and value-added products to identify opportunities for yield improvement, product innovation, and operational excellence. Serve as a technical resource for employees by providing guidance on fabrication methods, product specifications, quality standards, and yield optimization. Prepare and communicate daily production updates, performance metrics, and operational concerns to Production Management and fellow supervisors.

Education & Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED. Supervisory experience in a manufacturing, food processing, meat processing, or high-volume production environment. Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Food Science, Animal Science, or a related field. Experience in beef fabrication, USDA-inspected facilities, and leading large production teams. Special Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications Demonstrated leadership ability with strong interpersonal, coaching, and team building skills. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and employee development skills. Knowledge of USDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP principles, food safety programs, and workplace safety standards. Strong understanding of beef fabrication, yield management, product specifications, and customer requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems. Travel Requirements: Up to 5% travel as required.
