Full Job Description

Atlanta Quality Care Solutions, LLC is currently seeking multiple Part- Time Community WHAM Specialist.

Atlanta Quality Care Solutions is a growing community based mental health provider that service the Children/Adolescents and Adult population. AQCS is seeking a Community WHAM Specialist to provide structured activities that promote socialization, recovery, wellness, self-advocacy, development of natural supports, and maintenance of community living skills in the community setting. Activities are provided between and among individuals who have common issues and needs, are consumer motivated, initiated and/or managed, and assist individuals in living as independently as possible.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work in an unstructured environment

Must have a basic understanding of EHR systems

Current Certified Peer Specialist

Must have great critical thinking skills, great writing skills and a drive to be effective in the treatment of client life.

Experiences with in the mental health field population.

BIRP documentation experience (Goals Intervention, Response, Plan) is a plus.

Certified WHAM Specialist

High school diploma/equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
