About the Position
We're not hiring someone to simply answer phones or help with therapies.
We're hiring a Chiropractic Assistant who wants to become an important part of a growing healthcare team.
Our assistants are cross-trained throughout the office. During your training, you'll learn patient therapies, x-ray prep and procedures (as permitted by state regulations), insurance claims, patient flow, scheduling, and front office operations.
We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, takes pride in accuracy, notices the small details, and wants a long-term career and not just another job.
What You'll Do
As your training progresses, you'll learn to:
- Assist patients with therapies
- X-ray prep and procedures
- Welcome patients and create an outstanding experience
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones professionally
- Collect payments and assist with financial transactions
- Maintain organized patient records
- Verify Insurance and assist with claims
- Help keep the office running smoothly throughout the day
- Support teammates wherever needed

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: Full patient schedule
- Fridays: Training and administrative work during onboarding
- After training, you'll enjoy a three-day weekend most weeks.
