Full Job Description

Collision Repair Estimator

Rick’s Paint & Body is looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team.

We are a busy, locally owned and operated collision repair facility with a strong reputation in our community. We’re looking for an estimator who is knowledgeable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

Previous collision repair estimating experience required
Experience with CCC ONE
I-CAR training/certifications are a major plus
Strong understanding of the collision repair process
Ability to write thorough, accurate estimates and supplements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Able to multitask and manage multiple repairs at different stages
Comfortable communicating with customers, insurance companies, technicians, and the production team
Dependable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team
