Full Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Manager to lead daily hotel functions, ensure outstanding guest services, and drive operational excellence. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of hotel management, supervising staff, managing revenue and budgets, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Duties

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest services, and housekeeping coordination
Supervise and motivate staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient teamwork
Manage revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and cost control measures
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards across all departments
Handle guest relations proactively by resolving issues swiftly and maintaining high satisfaction levels
Coordinate with human resources for staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling
Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational continuity

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles
3–5 years of previous hotel industry experience required
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
IHG/Hilton brand experience, preferred
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations
Knowledge of hospitality management systems, multi-line phone systems, and front desk operations
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Experience in revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and hotel operations is essential
Ability to handle night audit procedures and manage guest complaints professionally
