Position Summary
Brazilian Wax & Spa by Claudia is looking for a passionate, licensed Esthetician & Wax Specialist to join our growing team. We are committed to providing exceptional spa experiences through professional hair removal, skincare, and beauty services while helping our clients look and feel their best.
Whether you are an experienced professional or a newly licensed esthetician, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are confident in our techniques, products, and service standards.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional waxing services using company-approved techniques.
- Perform additional services offered by the spa, including sugaring, threading, facials, body treatments, and other licensed esthetic services based on training and location.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and post-treatment care.
- Recommend retail products, memberships, and service packages based on each client's needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to company cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Follow all applicable state licensing regulations and company policies.
- Accurately document services performed and client notes.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk and spa team to provide a seamless client experience.
- Meet individual service, retail, and membership sales goals.
Qualifications
- Current Esthetician or Cosmetology license as required by the state in which you will be practicing.
- Strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Experience with waxing is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided.
- Experience performing additional esthetic services such as facials, body treatments, threading, sugaring, or lash services is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits

Travel Requirements
Employees may occasionally be asked to provide coverage at another Brazilian Wax & Spa by Claudia location based on business needs. When approved by management, eligible mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel to a location other than the employee's primary assigned spa.
