Part-Time Intake/Admissions Coordinator + Administrative Assistant (SUD)

We are seeking an organized, friendly, and dependable Intake/Admissions Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to join our substance use disorder/sober living team.

Responsibilities include:

Answering calls from referral sources and potential clients

Providing support with weekend client referrals and admissions as needed

Ideal candidate: Professional, outgoing, compassionate, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with behavioral health, SUD services, Medicaid, admissions, or healthcare administration.

Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend referral/admission support as needed.
Pay: $23-26/hr/DOE

Education: QBHA, CAT, CAS, Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
