Associate Plastic Surgeon (Cosmetic)

BeautyBlade Plastic Surgery Denver, CO

BeautyBlade Plastic Surgery is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join our growing luxury cosmetic surgery practice in Denver, Colorado.

Our objective is not simply to hire an associate. We're looking for a surgeon who wants to become an integral part of building one of Colorado's premier cosmetic surgery practices.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a surgeon who wants to focus on patient care and surgical excellence while leveraging an established, fully operational aesthetic practice with a strong digital presence, experienced staff, and a newly constructed in-house surgical facility.

What You'll Have Access To

Beautiful, newly built luxury office
Experienced operating room, anesthesia, nursing, and administrative teams
Established patient acquisition and digital marketing infrastructure
Concierge-level patient experience
Modern consultation rooms and recovery area
Fully equipped surgical facility
Scheduling, billing, and administrative support

Our goal is simple: allow our surgeons to focus on delivering outstanding patient outcomes while we handle the business infrastructure.

Compensation

This position is structured as an Independent Contractor (1099) relationship with highly competitive production-based compensation.

In addition, BeautyBlade may provide:

Temporary furnished housing for qualified relocation candidates
Relocation assistance
Marketing and practice development support
Credentialing assistance
Future leadership and partnership opportunities for the right candidate

A minimum six-month commitment is requested due to the significant investment made in onboarding, credentialing, relocation, and practice development.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
Strong interest in aesthetic surgery
Excellent surgical judgment and patient communication
Professional, team-oriented mindset
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes

Recent fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply.
