Full Job Description

Lifetime Home Remodeling is looking for a Senior Accountant who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to keep financials accurate and on track. If you enjoy reconciling accounts, solving problems, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in on our team.

As we continue expanding, we’re building out our Accounting department and adding another Senior Accountant to strengthen our financial infrastructure. You’ll work from our brand-new headquarters in North Denver’s Central Park area, supporting high-impact work and helping leadership make smart, data-informed decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Close Process: Lead accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close; review balance sheet reconciliations and P&L statements
Financial Analysis: Analyze business financials and provide insight into trends, profitability, and performance
Business Partnering: Meet with leaders to review results, recommend operational improvements, and support forecasting
Team Support: Help train and mentor accounting staff to maintain strong standards and consistency
Controls & Process Improvement: Support internal controls, documentation, and accounting policies as the company scales
Payroll & Tax Support: Post payroll/HR journal entries and assist with tax schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual filings
Special Projects: Support ad hoc projects with the CFO, Controller, and leadership team

What You Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, including 12 upper-division credit hours in Intermediate Accounting I & II, Cost Accounting, and Auditing (Advanced Accounting and Taxation preferred). Master’s degree is a plus
Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience; construction, distribution, or real estate experience strongly preferred
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of GAAP and ability to research and apply standards; experience with multi-entity structures preferred
Analytical Skills: Strong reconciliation, research, and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail
Communication: Clear written/verbal communication and ability to collaborate across teams
Professionalism: Deadline-driven, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
