Front Desk Manager

StretchClub — Oswego, IL

StretchClub in Oswego is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized front desk team member to help manage the daily patient experience in our busy healthcare and wellness clinic.

This is an important role in our office. You are often the first person patients speak with and the first person they see when they walk in. We are looking for someone who is personable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping patients with scheduling, payments, questions, and general front desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting patients and creating a welcoming front desk experience
Answering phones and responding to patient questions
Scheduling new and existing patient appointments
Confirming appointments and helping manage the daily schedule
Collecting payments and explaining basic payment options
Checking patients in and out
Keeping the front desk area organized and professional
Helping with patient follow-up, reminders, and reactivation calls/texts
Supporting the doctors and stretch therapists with basic administrative tasks
Maintaining a positive, helpful attitude with patients and team members

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
Comfort in discussing patient financial arrangements
Reliable and punctual
Organized and able to multitask
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, phones, and text/email systems
Professional in appearance and communication
Able to handle money and basic payment collection accurately
Positive, coachable, and willing to learn
Prior front desk, customer service, medical office, or chiropractic office experience is helpful but not required

About StretchClub:

StretchClub combines doctor-led chiropractic care with one-on-one stretch therapy to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active. Our office works with people dealing with back pain, neck pain, stiffness, mobility issues, sports-related problems, and general wellness goals.

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to be part of a positive, patient-focused team.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
