Thomas Brown Dentistry is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy, well-established practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a business-minded leader who is passionate about dentistry and enjoys balancing clinical support, team development, financial performance, and operational excellence. You'll play a key role in shaping our culture, supporting our doctors and team members, and ensuring every patient receives outstanding care.

What You'll Do

Lead and support the daily operations of a busy dental practice
Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and practice goals
Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency
Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for growth
Partner with providers to achieve practice goals and deliver an exceptional patient experience
Support administrative, financial, and clinical workflows across the practice
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Address patient concerns with professionalism and compassion
Drive continuous improvement while maintaining a high standard of patient care

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of dental industry experience
Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Dentrix strongly preferred
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset
