Key Responsibilities and Tasks (Essential Functions):

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
Enter customer information accurately into the system
Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication
Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and patience
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Data enter customer information into CRM software such as Salesforce
Receive and resolve inbound phone calls
Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing customers
Other duties as assigned

Must Have

Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
