National Account Executive, Home Services Partnerships

Greenwood Village, Colorado | Full-time | In office

About the Position

Attiic is hiring a proven outbound B2B seller to build a national portfolio of home-services partners. You will recruit established roofing, HVAC, pest control, gutter, painting, insulation, remodeling, and other home-services companies to offer our multi-layer reflective insulation under their own brands.

You will own the relationship from the first cold call through the signed agreement, first product order, partner launch, and ongoing account growth. This is a true hunter and builder role, not an appointment-setting position and not a traditional account-management job.

The Opportunity You Will Sell

Our multi-layer reflective insulation gives established home-services companies a new revenue category they can sell to customers they already serve under their own brand. You will show owners how the product fits, close the agreement and opening order, then guide each partner through launch and growth.

Uncapped commission opportunity. Hit your target and earn like a top producer. Build an exceptional book of productive partners and the commission plan provides a path to $250,000, $500,000, and beyond.

· Paid for acquisition and growth. Commission is earned through new partner activation and ongoing partner-generated wholesale sales.

· No artificial earnings cap. Exceptional production creates exceptional compensation.

· Build from an early stage. You are helping create the channel, not inheriting a stale territory or servicing someone else's book.

What You Will Own

· Build a targeted prospect list and create opportunities through phone, email, social outreach, referrals, networking, and virtual meetings.

· Reach owners, executives, and sales leaders, then run discovery around customer base, territory, sales capacity, economics, and strategic fit.

· Present a clear executive-level business case focused on new revenue, margin opportunity, diversification, and practical launch requirements.

· Move qualified companies through the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed agreement and initial product order.

· Coordinate onboarding, training, and launch so each new partner has the tools to begin selling.

· Maintain proactive contact with assigned partners, identify stalled or at-risk accounts early, and grow repeat wholesale volume.

· Keep a disciplined CRM, accurate pipeline, and reliable forecast, with approximately 70% of your time focused on acquisition and 30% on account growth.

Compensation

· Base salary. $60,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience.

· Target total earnings. Approximately $190,000+ annually at target performance.

· Upside. Uncapped commission earned through new partner activation and ongoing partner-generated wholesale sales.

· Elite performance. A substantial, productive portfolio can support earnings above $250,000. An exceptional producer may reach $500,000 or more.

Commission earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance, partner activation, and partner-generated wholesale sales under the applicable compensation plan.

The Track Record We Want

We care more about what you have personally produced than the logo on your résumé. Strong candidates will be able to discuss specific numbers, decisions, and wins.

· At least three years of outbound B2B sales, business development, channel sales, or new-account acquisition experience.

· A verifiable history of creating your own pipeline and closing business through cold or self-directed outreach, not only inbound leads or preset appointments.

· Experience selling directly to owners, founders, executives, or senior sales leaders.

· The ability to present a business case involving revenue, margin, return on investment, and strategic fit.

· Full-cycle ownership from prospecting through agreement, activation, retention, repeat purchases, or account expansion.

· Command of your numbers, including quota, attainment, average deal size, sales cycle, pipeline created, revenue closed, and prior earnings.

· Strong CRM discipline, forecasting judgment, follow-through, and the ability to manage an active account portfolio without slowing new-business activity.

· Ability to work full-time in Attiic's Greenwood Village office. This is an in-office position, not remote.

Relevant Backgrounds

Experience in home improvement, residential construction, building products, roofing, HVAC, insulation, solar, pest control, windows, siding, remodeling, or construction distribution is valuable, but it is not required. We will also consider proven sellers from distribution and other B2B industries.

Experience with wholesale, dealer, distributor, reseller, or channel-partner models is especially relevant.

This Role Is Probably Not for You If

· You need inbound demand, preset appointments, or a recognized brand name to build pipeline.

· You are uncomfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following up persistently across several channels.

· You prefer to hand off an account immediately after the agreement is signed.

· The $500,000 possibility excites you, but your past production and work habits do not yet support that level of ambition.
