About IND Technology (INDT)

INDT is a grid-focused technology company helping utilities improve reliability and reduce risk through advanced monitoring and analytics. Our solutions support utility programs focused on outage reduction, asset performance, and operational resilience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales organization through data analysis, reporting, CRM administration, and sales process optimization. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to improve sales effectiveness, maintain data integrity, support forecasting activities, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.
Develop and maintain recurring sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate and consistent information within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
Support sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and territory reporting.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, tenders, pricing documentation, and other commercial materials.
Conduct market and competitive research to support sales strategies and business development initiatives.
Train and support sales team members on CRM best practices, reporting tools, and data management processes.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and process improvements.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales operations efficiency.
Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Experience creating reports and dashboards using CRM reporting tools or business intelligence platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Sales Analytics, or a related business support role.
Hands-on experience administering Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform.
Experience supporting sales forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
