Overview

We are looking for motivated, competitive salespeople to join our growing life insurance sales team.

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based sales position for individuals who are serious about building a career in sales and want their income to be directly tied to their performance.

You’ll work in a professional, high-energy in-person sales environment with structured daily activity, hands-on coaching, daily training, and ongoing mentorship. Our team provides access to qualified life insurance leads, proven sales systems, CRM technology, and multiple insurance products and carriers.

Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are open to driven individuals who are coachable, competitive, and willing to put in the work.

This is not a salaried or hourly position. There is no guaranteed income. Compensation is commission-based and depends on individual production.

Responsibilities

Contact and speak with prospective clients regarding their life insurance needs
Conduct phone-based sales consultations and identify appropriate coverage options
Present life insurance products and explain coverage, premiums, and benefits
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
Complete applications accurately and professionally
Maintain accurate activity and client information in the CRM
Participate in scheduled team training, coaching, and sales meetings
Consistently meet daily activity and production expectations
Follow company and carrier compliance requirements

Skills
