Mission:
We are bridging the gap with compassion, efficiency, and integrity in order to redefine the healthcare experience through lifelong relationships.
Core Values:
Always Accommodating
No task goes undone when there is someone capable of doing it. You won't hear,
“That’s not my job.” We are a clinic striving for excellence as a team, not as individuals.
Confident Humility
We have created a work environment where no one should fear honesty and communication is a foundation of our team environment. We offer care with humility but are confident in our mission and abilities to help our community.
Evolving to Provide Value
We personalize care to each individual. We will not forget that we share a common goal with our patients: Working together to make people feel better. If there is something we can add or improve to enhance the value we bring, we will prioritize doing so. Transparency, accessibility, and comprehensive care are significant ways we bring value.
Positive Experience
We know everyone by first name. We care about where each person comes from and who they are. If we can improve the experience for our patients and our teammates, we will prioritize doing so.
Professionalism Matters
We want to be friendly and foster a warm, inviting environment but never forget we are still a clinic offering medical care. Above all, we strive for maintaining
professionalism.
