Job Type: Full-time, 100% in person
Base Salary: $45,000 annually
On-Target Earnings: Approximately $65,000 annually when performance goals are achieved

This position offers an experienced real estate professional the stability of a base salary, corporate benefits, a predictable Monday-through-Friday schedule and performance-based earning potential. You will use your industry experience to recruit agents, develop relationships, and help others build successful real estate careers.

Position Summary

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Real Estate Recruiterto attract experienced residential and commercial agents and build relationships with individuals entering the profession.

You will recruit established agents, introduce prospective students to pre-license education, and support candidates as they move through licensing, onboarding, and career development.

Responsibilities and Duties

Recruit experienced residential and commercial real estate professionals
Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, referrals, networking, social media, and events
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and licensed agents
Conduct career consultations, interviews, and recruiting presentations
Support candidates through licensing, onboarding, and career development
Maintain accurate candidate records, follow-up activities, and recruiting pipelines in the CRM and report numbers to management
Partner with Marketing on recruiting campaigns and events
Represent the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers and Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers brands professionally
Meet or exceed established monthly hiring goals
Travel occasionally throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia

Required Qualifications

Active Georgia real estate license held for at least two years
Current and up-to-date Georgia continuing education
Georgia real estate sales, recruiting, or business-development experience
Strong knowledge of the Georgia real estate industry
Proven lead-generation, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities
Confidence in making consistent outbound calls
Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
Strong organization, accountability, and time management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Zoom, and social media
Reliable transportation for occasional regional travel

A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule and Location

Monday through Friday
Eight-hour workday
Full-time
100% in person at our Atlanta office

Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available. Applicants must have a reliable commute to Atlanta, GA 30328, or plan to relocate before starting work.
