Are you an Accountant or Senior Accountant looking for an opportunity to broaden your responsibilities within a growing manufacturing organization where your contributions will have a visible impact?

We're partnering with an employee-owned (ESOP) manufacturing company seeking an Accountant / Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team. This role offers a unique blend of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, and cost accounting while partnering closely with operations and business leaders. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is looking to continue growing within a collaborative finance team.

What You'll Do

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support the month-end close process

Assist with financial statement preparation and monthly reporting

Support inventory and cost accounting activities, including inventory analysis and manufacturing reporting

Analyze financial results and investigate variances

Partner with operations to improve reporting and support business decisions

Assist with process improvements, audit support, and special projects

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Approximately 3+ years of progressive accounting experience

Current Accountant or Senior Accountant experience

Strong general ledger accounting and month-end close experience

Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience is preferred but not required

ERP experience and advanced Excel skills

CPA or progress toward a CPA is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$85,000–$105,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Annual bonus opportunity
