Join our Applications, Teardown, and Design teams as an Engineering Technician and play a hands-on role in a dynamic lab environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, curious problem-solver who wants to build a strong foundation in the semiconductor industry. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, receiving direct training and mentorship while contributing to the assembly, testing, and debugging of advanced electronic platforms.

- Advanced Board Work: Perform surface-mount soldering related to the assembly, repair, and rework of printed circuit boards (PCBs) populated with surface mount components (including fine pitch components like CSP, BGA, QFN, 0402, 0201, 01005).
- Education: Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a closely related field. (Relevant hands-on experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.)
- Lab Equipment Basics: Experience and comfort working with standard lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, etc.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read, understand, and interpret circuit board schematics.
- Discipline & Organization: Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills for recording results and managing lab assets.
- Scripting Knowledge: Basic knowledge in a text-based programming language such as C, or a common scripting language such as Python, PERL, or Tcl.
Specialized Tools: Familiarity with schematics capture tools (such as PADS), CAD software, 3D printers, or other specialized lab equipment (e.g., logic analyzers, in-circuit emulators).
