Job Description

Austintatious Blinds & Shutters is looking for a full-time Sales/Design Consultant to join our team! This individual will be doing in-home sales throughout the Austin Metro, along with showroom consultations at our showroom in Bee Cave. The job entails assisting potential clients with selecting the right window covering style and design as well as taking accurate measurements of each window, pricing out the project and placing final orders. The ability to be a solid multi-tasker and consistently following up on open leads is key. If you are not a quick learner, very oriented and have a knack for color and design, then this is not the right role for you. Our showroom is in Bee Cave, TX and our service area is the Austin metro.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Detail oriented
Have a keen eye for detail and design/decorating
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter and be able to work independently and as a team
Willing to commute to our showroom in Bee Cave, TX for initial training and then commute throughout the Austin Metro for appointments
At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience, a plus if the experience is in window treatments
Ability to measure windows and use a ladder

We are experts in motorization and are a top-tier Centurion Gallery Dealer for Hunter Douglas, which allows us to offer our clients a high-quality product and service as well as giving each client a chance to fully engage and experience our products in our showroom.
