Position Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, team-oriented employee to deliver to our business partners. Our mission is to serve as the world's most trusted pioneer in plant-based solutions for health, wellness, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Cash management and positioning across all entities

· Daily cash reporting and monitoring

· Wire transfers and ACH management

· Cash concentration across bank accounts

· Banking relationships across all entities

· Cannabis-specific banking compliance (BSA/AML)

· Bank account administration — opening, closing, and signatory management

· Banking fee analysis and optimization

· 13-week cash flow forecast

· Short-term liquidity forecasting

· Working capital monitoring

· Formalize and maintain the intercompany funding process between SPV accounts

· Intercompany settlement and documentation

· SOX-compliant approval process for intercompany transfers

· Treasury policies and procedures

· Internal controls over cash

· Debt service payment scheduling

· Assist with periodic inventory audits

· Document policies, procedures, and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility

· Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required

· MBA or CPA strongly preferred

· Minimum of 7 years of treasury or finance experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-entity environment

· Experience building treasury functions from scratch preferred

· Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred — pharmaceutical, financial services, oil & gas, or healthcare

· Strong knowledge of BSA/AML compliance and banking regulations

· Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels and departments

· Accuracy and attention to detail

Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
