What You'll Do

Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression
Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointments
Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate records
Verify insurance information and assist with patient accounts
Coordinate the daily schedule with the clinical team
Respond to patient questions and provide outstanding customer service
Help maintain an organized, efficient front office
Support the team to ensure every patient has an exceptional experience

What We're Looking For

Previous front desk, administrative, customer service, or dental office experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Comfortable learning and using dental practice software
