Who You Are
- You are a high performer with intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.
- You have an undergraduate degree in hard or life sciences.
- You have strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.
- You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.
- You also have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and have sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.
- You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
Austin, TX annual salary range: $225,000 to $390,000
Boston, MA annual salary range: $225,000 to $390,000
Los Angeles, CA annual salary range: $225,000 to $390,000
New York, NY annual salary range: $225,000 to $390,000
