ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Kitchen Manager leads the team in day-to-day culinary execution while upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety, and compliance.

This role is responsible for:

Leading BOH execution during daily service
Upholding and enforcing DOH safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
Coaching the team and upholding food to the highest standards
Training and developing all BOH team members
Taking ownership of kitchen facilities, equipment, and organization

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, standards, and team development.
