Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for applying eyelash extensions, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your expertise in various beauty techniques will enhance the overall experience for our guests.✨ Now Hiring Lash Artists ✨
We are seeking motivated lash techs with an entrepreneur mindset, positive energy, professionalism, and passion for the beauty industry. Must be a team player, self-driven, dependable, and eager to grow clientele and career opportunities within the beauty space. Social media and customer service experience are a plus!

Responsibilities

Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles based on individual preferences.
Provide additional beauty services as needed, including but not limited to makeup application, eyelash lift, brow tinting, brow lamination, lash lift. We will train for body sculpting services.
Maintain accurate records of client services using salon software to track appointments and preferences.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best possible service.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance guest services.
You will drive to curbside appointments and offer services in a mobile vehicle, and offer great hospitality. Some applicants can be trained. Prefer to be 24 and up in age seek great professional due to clients are diverfied.Have experience driving a box truck of at least 24 inches long. Some exceptions may be made.
Must be able to upsell services and rebooking client is necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty role is preferred.
Knowledge of various beauty techniques, including botulinum toxin treatment, color theory, tattooing, barbering, and makeup application, is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required where applicable.
Ability to maintain professionalism while building rapport with clients.
