Full Job Description

Good work can disappear when no one stops to tell the story. We have ideas piling up and plenty worth sharing. We need a resourceful creative who can spot the angle and get it out into the world.

Maybe you’re a closet poet/ artist, a meticulous curator, or a neurodivergent creative with 27 tabs open at any given time. Your résumé may not follow a straight line. You may have taken the scenic route here. That’s fine. We care that you know which ideas have legs and how to get them across the finish line.

Interior design experience is not required, though familiarity with AEC is preferred. Early-career creatives are welcome, and so are more experienced applicants who see a fit.

Often, that means working alongside vision-oriented founders and operators as they bring a dream business or workplace to life. What You’ll Do

Find the story in the work. Turn site walks, material pulls, project milestones, and half-formed ideas into strategic content.
Create the visual content. Design graphics and carousels in Canva, photograph projects and studio moments, and edit short-form video.
Give the ideas a voice. Write captions, project stories, website copy, and other content that is clear, specific, and worth reading.
Keep publishing on track. Manage the content calendar, schedule posts, update the website, and organize content assets in Notion.
Create materials that move the business forward. Design project presentations, lookbooks, proposals, and other visual decks for clients and business development.
Learn what connects. Track engagement, notice patterns, research relevant opportunities, and use those insights to make future content stronger.

What You Need

A sharp eye and great taste. You understand composition, color, typography, pacing, and when something is almost right but not quite there.
A distinctly human writing voice. We welcome AI as a launchpad. In fact, we encourage it. But your value begins where the algorithm ends.
Serious attention to detail. You catch the typo, the off-brand image, the two-pixel misalignment, the redundant verbiage…Your pet peeves have officially entered their billable era.
Strong remote-work habits. You communicate clearly, anticipate what you need to move the work forward and what others need from you, and follow through without being chased.
Comfort with creative technology. You can work in Canva and are ready to learn tools such as Meta Business Suite or Later, Notion, Wix, and short-form video editors. You are curious about deeper AI workflows, including agents and connected tools.
Comfort managing outside creative partners. You can write a clear brief, coordinate timelines, give feedback, and carry outsourced work across the finish line.

Nice to Have

Basic website management or SEO knowledge
Professional, freelance, or serious hobby photography experience
AI workflow fluency
