Position Description
Performs entry-level administrative support work. Work involves performing a wide range of administrative and office support work for the department. Employees at this level perform assignments following specific instructions and are subject to frequent review by the immediate supervisor.
Essential Duties:- Assists in maintaining confidential information and records.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams on project tasks
- Researches and evaluates AI software and solutions from a governance perspective
- Support monitoring compliance with AI regulatory standards.
- Maintains files, records, and logs.
- Maintains contact with team members, leads, and others.
- Performs preliminary research on assignments and gathers pertinent data.
- Performs routine word processing duties and conducts quality checks of documents created.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a student in high school or other educational institution or accepted into a college, university or educational institution.
Must be at least 16 years of age, a student currently enrolled in high school or any institution of higher education to include a trade/vocational school.
Employees at least 18 years of age with valid driver's license may be assigned driving duties and may use power tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic artificial intelligence concepts
- Research and analysis methodologies.
- Maintaining effective working relationships with others
- Collecting, sorting and compiling data
- Administrative support practices and procedures to include writing, editing and report writing techniques, recording meeting notes, record keeping and records management.
- Preparing correspondence/documents using correct spelling, grammar and punctuation; proofreading and reviewing documents for clarity and consistency
- Using standard office equipment
- Using computers and applicable programs, applications, and systems
- Maintaining a safe working relationship
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Follow applicable safety standards, practices and procedures.
- Protects sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
Subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather but not temperature changes
Light work: Lift up to 20 lbs at a time and frequently lift or carry objects up to 10 lbs
