Full Job Description

Your future role at a glance:

Location: Remote

Department/Specialty: Research Support Services

Schedule: Full Time, Monday- Friday, 8:00 -5:00 CST

Salary Range: $96,208 - $134,109

How you'll make an impact in this role:

As a Senior Analyst Business Systems, you will be assigned to research programs to meet business objectives. Responsibilities will include:

Review & analyze complex research protocols to draft a Medicare Coverage Analysis (MCA) and an internal research budget
Lead research operations meetings with the Research Director, Principal Investigator and/or research teams to review the Medicare Coverage Analysis, go over study protocol requirements, and analyze the research budget needs
Negotiate research budgets with pharmaceutical sponsors.
Review the financial aspects of research contracts with pharmaceutical sponsors
Complete document consistency reviews of final research documents including research protocols, MCA, internal budget, sponsor's budget, and research informed consents.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need:

Experience with drafting Medicare Coverage Analysis, research billing compliance rules & regulations.
Skills in prior clinical research budget development and negotiation.
Prior clinical research experience
Knowledge or experience working in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
