Full Job Description

Your future role at a glance:

Location: Austin, TX

Facility: Good Health Solutions Center

Department/Specialty: Clinical Surveillance Unit (CTMU)

Schedule: Full time | Three 12-hour shifts per week

How you'll make an impact in this role:

Continuous Cardiac Surveillance: Monitor real-time telemetry devices to track, detect, and interpret complex cardiac patterns and heartbeat variations.
Critical Rhythm Communication: Document irregular rhythms and immediately escalate significant cardiac changes to nurses and attending physicians for prompt medical intervention.
Asset & Inventory Management: Ensure 100% operational readiness by testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telemetry monitoring equipment and vital supply inventory.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional requirements you'll need:

2+ years of healthcare or customer service preferred
Hospital experience preferred
Basic knowledge of cardiac rhythms preferred
