Duties

Engage with prospective clients through outbound outreach and personalized consultations to understand their insurance needs.
Present and explain various life insurance products, including term and whole life policies, ensuring clients are well-informed.
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to align with client budgets and preferences, fostering trust and satisfaction.
Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
Stay current on insurance regulations, health, property casualty, and commercial insurance knowledge to ensure compliance and accurate advice.
Analyze client data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and enhance service offerings.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on client communication.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred.
Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration.
Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration processes.
Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
Exceptional customer relationship building skills paired with outstanding customer service capabilities.
Understanding of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliant practices across all transactions.
