The FOH management team at our café and events venue plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for individuals to help oversee daily café operations while also creating and maintaining a positive customer experience as well as work environment for the staff. They are responsible for managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a welcoming environment for patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations.
Ensure adherence to quality standards in food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Staff Supervision and Training:
Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
Cultivate a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Implement strategies to enhance customer service and streamline operations for efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred, but not required.
Proven experience in restaurant or café management, with a focus on events coordination.
Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and restaurant management software.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
