Position Summary & Job Description

With a future focused on growth, we are looking for a Executive Assistant to add to our dynamic team. Successful candidates in this position have had the ability to contribute to our company’s growth in a competitive and rewarding environment that is focused on professional development through various business opportunities. More specifically, the responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Direct and execute the preparation, circulation and review of high-value contractual agreements in a collaborative environment
Completion of department specific reporting and from time to time special or confidential projects for senior executives and investors
Oversee required record management for multiple departments
White glove level support for senior executives and investors on various projects, often within specific time frames
Other various administrative related tasks as may be required by a particular department within the company

Qualifications, skills, and abilities

· Bachelor’s degree

· At least 3 years similar experience in a professional setting

· Competitive and success driven mindset

· Ability to manage multiple projects and workflows concurrently within strict timelines

· Superior interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

· Proficiency within the Microsoft suite of products

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Commitment to continuous learning and improvement

· Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Compensation ($25.00 per hour)
