Palm Breeze Pool Care | Phoenix, Scottsdale & East Valley

$15-$17 per pool plus paid add-on work | $700-$1,400 per week | Full-time or Part-time | W2 | Monday-Friday

Got a reliable truck? Good. We bring everything else: the route, the gas, the chems, the equipment, the app, and direct deposit every Friday.

We pay per pool, not per hour. You get paid for your skill and your work, not for sitting on a clock. Run your route right and your day is yours. If you've been grinding hourly for one of the big outfits, you already know the difference.

THE PAY, WITH REAL MATH

- $15-$17 per pool, based on experience and skill

- Cleaning isn't the only money. Filter cleans pay $60 a pool and we do them all the time. Seasonal drains pay $140. Bonuses for 5-star reviews, referrals, and keeping your customers happy.

- Real numbers: our routes top out in the low 70s, and our most experienced tech has peaked around $1,400 in a week between his route and add-on work. We'll show you the math in the interview.

- Every Friday you get a pay report with your check: every pool you serviced, every job you did, and exactly what you earned on each one, line by line. No mystery math, no surprises on payday. Our techs say it's the thing they'd never give up.

- Simple rule we run the whole company on: if a customer pays us for work on your pool, you get paid too. Every time.

- We cover gas, chemicals, and equipment. You bring the truck and a valid license and insurance.

- Routes run Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the East Valley. We build them to keep windshield time down, and we'll be straight with you about which days are tight and which are more spread out. You'll see the actual route before you take it.

- W2 employment. Weekly direct deposit.

HOW WE RUN ROUTES

Routes are sized so you can do the job right and still make real money. No splash and dash. No getting dinged for taking the time a pool actually needs. You wake up knowing your day, and nobody throws stops on it at 2pm unless you want the extra money and say yes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Clean and service residential pools weekly: brush, skim, vacuum, empty baskets

- Test and balance water chemistry

- Check pumps, filters, salt cells, and timers

- Filter cleans and seasonal drains (this is the paid add-on work, $60 and $140 a pool)

- Log simple service notes in PoolBrain

- Show up looking and acting like a pro at every stop

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Shows up. Every route, every day. This is the whole job.

- 2+ years with a professional pool service company

- Knows chemistry and isn't afraid of a green pool

- Calm and polite with customers

- Wants a long-term home, not a stopover

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years professional pool service experience (with a pool service company)

- Reliable truck you can use for pool service. This one's firm. We can't accept applications without a vehicle.

- Valid driver's license and insurance, clean driving record

- Able to work outside in Arizona summers and lift 50 lbs
