Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and bring innovative construction solutions to life.

Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
Develop detailed project schedules to monitor progress and identify potential delays proactively.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project flow.
Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts thoroughly to verify compliance with design intent and regulatory standards.
Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently.
Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost proposals and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project documentation using construction management software for seamless record-keeping and communication.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality control, and adherence to plans; address issues promptly.
Facilitate project meetings to coordinate schedules, resolve conflicts, and update stakeholders on progress.
Ensure all work aligns with industry standards by reading blueprints accurately and interpreting schematics effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction project management with a strong background in high end residential construction projects.
Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and contract administration.
Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, coordination, and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
Hands-on construction site experience with a comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards.
Excellent blueprint reading skills combined with the ability to interpret schematics accurately.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Familiarity with contract management and legal aspects of construction projects.
