Full Job Description

Office Manager

Duties:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an office management role preferred
- Proficient in using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Knowledge of critical care or utilization management processes is a plus
- Familiarity with hospital or healthcare industry operations is highly desirable
- Experience working with Epic or other healthcare information systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
