Full Job Description

As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and objectives. You will lead full cycle recruiting for King Taco and its affiliate companies. You will help ensure that King Taco is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally.

The essential functions and responsibilities of the recruiter are as follows:

Collaborate with HR Director and the Sr. Recruiter to understand staffing needs.
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Review resumes and credentials to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Provide support to HR Director and other Recruiting team members throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Occasional Needs

Occasional travel to the company’s warehouse or corporate office if needed.

Education, Skills, and Requirements

Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English and Spanish.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT)
Able to work under pressure and meet company expectations and provide exemplary customer service to our customers and employees.
Highly professional and able to use good judgement and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment.
Willing to work as part of a team and complete some work independently.

Pay: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour
