Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles
- Oversee and monitor client programs to ensure effective progress and clinical quality
- Provide clinical supervision and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Managers in accordance with BACB supervision requirements. Ensure documentation meets payer requirements, BACB ethical standards, and company policies.

Job description:
The BCBA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of individualized behavior treatment plans for clients and their families. This role provides direct, face-to-face services to clients, supervises ABA direct service staff, supervise program manager, ensures home safety standards are met, and delivers ongoing parent and caregiver training. The BCBA Supervisor plays a key role in supporting high-quality ABA services and promoting meaningful behavior change across home and community settings.

Typical Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with flexible scheduling

Requirements
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification: Masters in ABA, Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Experience implementing ABA Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and report writing
- 2+ years experience in supervising and training behavior technicians and/or supervisory-level staff
- Strong communication & coaching skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Compliance with mandated reporter requirements and all applicable child safety regulations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance in accordance with California law.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and engage with clients during sessions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (materials or equipment)
- Ability to safely implement behavioral intervention strategies when necessary while following company safety policies and clinical protocols.
