Full Job Description

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to supporting daily office and loan processing operations. We value team members who are reliable, adaptable, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel
Coordinate and schedule courier services as needed
Distribute incoming faxes and maintain organized document flow
Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-stocked to uphold company standards
Support loan officers with general administrative duties, including faxing, copying, scanning, and document preparation
Assist the processing department with loan setup procedures, including opening and requesting escrow items, obtaining FHA case assignments, ordering Verifications of Employment, and conducting quality control reviews to ensure all minimum submission requirements are met, request & print loan docs.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in the Real Estate or Mortgage industry
Working knowledge of Encompass

**Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

**Strong attendance, punctuality, dependability, and reliability are essential for this role
