Full Job Description

Job Overview:
Real Care is a premier Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) located in the heart of Bakersfield, CA. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and a safe, engaging environment for our seniors. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

The Role: As the RCFE Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the facility. You will ensure the highest standard of resident care, maintain strict regulatory compliance, and foster a positive, supportive workplace for our staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Manage daily operations of the community, ensuring excellent care and service for all residents.
Ensure full compliance with California Title 22 regulations and all local, state, and federal laws.
Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and compassion.
Maintain accurate records, manage the facility budget, and oversee payroll.
Act as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and medical professionals.
Conduct facility tours and assist with marketing efforts to maintain optimal occupancy.

Qualifications:

License Requirement: Must possess a current and active California RCFE Administrator Certificate.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an administrative or management role within an assisted living or RCFE community.
Thorough knowledge of California Title 22 regulations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
Must pass a comprehensive DOJ/FBI background check and health screening (including TB test)

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience: 85,000+, depending on experience
