Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming patient experience. This pivotal role combines administrative leadership with clinical support, overseeing day-to-day office functions, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced dental environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence practice success while fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and billing processes using Eaglesoft dental practice management software .
Supervise front desk staff and administrative support personnel, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service.
Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, and ensuring accurate dental billing and coding in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Coordinate with clinical teams to facilitate patient flow, treatment planning, and Dental record management .
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA standards, and OSHA guidelines while maintaining patient confidentiality and data security.
Handle human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive office environment aligned with healthcare management best practices.
Monitor clinic performance metrics related to utilization management, managed care contracts, and quality assurance to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience managing a dental or medical office environment with strong familiarity in dental office experience or clinic experience.
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading administrative teams within healthcare settings.
Proficiency in dental practice management software Eaglesoft.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, Dental records management, HIPAA compliance.
Skilled in fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial oversight, billing procedures, and managed care coordination.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced dental clinic setting.
Background in Dental administrative support office management is highly desirable; v
Effective communication skills coupled with leadership qualities to motivate staff and enhance patient satisfaction.
